Martha Moore

Martha Moore is passionate about Vedic chanting and helping others learn this ancient art of vocal/voice yoga.  Martha is a life-long learner and sees life as a journey of self-growth. Her profession as an attorney never satisfied her longing for discovering her true purpose and life path, so she pursued herbology, natural medicine and the yogic path.  She graduated as a Clinical Herbalist from the Southwest School of Botanical Medicine and the New Mexico Herb Center.  She was a long-time professional member of the American Herbalist Guild, a Registered Herbalist (RH, AHG) and author of “Beyond Cortisone – Herbal Alternatives for Inflammation” (Moore, 1999).  Her search led her further to Ayurveda, and to her teacher, Dr. Vasant Lad, at the Ayurvedic Institute, where she graduated from the Ayurvedic Studies program and the Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Training program.  She is a “Practitioner” member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) and is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (E-200 RYT; 500 RYT).  Martha is a long-time student of yoga and sanskrit mantras, studying with many exceptional teachers including Paramahamsa Hariharananda Giri, Swami Vidyadhishananda, Yogarupa Rod Stryker, Russill Paul and Shantala Sriramaiah, founder of Veda Studies, and is a graduate of the first INDICA- Veda Studies Chanting Teacher Training Program.

Marina Muktidhara

Marina Muktidhara holds a Master Degree in Classical and Vedic Sanskrit, Indian Philosophy, Literature & Religion (Indology) and is also a graduate of the first INDICA-Veda Studies Chanting Teacher Program.  Marina Muktidhara’s spiritual journey began in her youth, sparked by a deep curiosity about the purpose and meaning of life. This quest led her to explore various spiritual paths, ultimately immersing herself in Indic Knowledge Systems with a specific focus on Sanskrit—a language whose unique sound system resonated deeply within her.  Marina has been actively studying the Vedas since 2017, and is now guided by her principal Veda teacher, Shantala Sriramaiah, founder of Veda Studies, where Marina also served as a dedicated team member. Marina ’s spiritual path has been shaped by her studies with many renowned teachers, including Dr. Kavitha Chinnaiyan, Founder of the Svatantra Institute; Christopher Wallis (Hareesh) author of Tantra Illuminated; Dharma Bodhi from Trika Mahāsiddha Yoga; Swami Paramahamsa Niranjananda Saraswati from Bihar School of Yoga; and Swami Vishvashakti Saraswati from Tara Yoga Center. Today, Marina Muktidhara is a respected teacher of Vedic chanting, particularly within the South Indian tradition of Krishna Yajurveda.  Marina also offers special chanting classes dedicated to the Goddess, such as Lalitā Sahasranāma, Tantroktam Devī sūktam, stutis from Devī Mahātmyam and many other popular Devī recitations. She continues to explore the sacred connections between sound, body, and energy, offering a unique perspective that harmonizes academic insight with spiritual wisdom. Her work is a testament to the timeless truths of India’s spiritual heritage, inspiring others to embark on their own journeys of self-discovery and inner peace.
